Fees: |
| As a Search Agent our fees are in two parts: |
| 1) |
A ‘one off‘ registration fee
of £100 plus
VAT, which will be refunded when you complete a purchase through
Southern Property Consultants. |
| 2) |
A commission of 1.5% of the purchase price of the property
(or the minimum fee), which is payable by you via your solicitor
on completion of the purchase, plus VAT at the passing rate.
